Conditions

The panel of judges of the festival and the competition will formed of representatives from different countries. At the moment, negotiations are under way with representatives from Spain, Italy, Hungary, Serbia, Poland, Russia, Moldova, Ukraine and Belarus.
Music for all performers only on CD media. On each disk must be recorded only one music file format AUDIO-CD.
