This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts. Each counterpart will be deemed an original, but all counterparts together will constitute one and the same instrument.

This Agreement has been signed in the English language. In case of conflict between the English language version of this Agreement and any version or translation in any other language, the English language version will control.

Scope of Work Template between CUSTOMER and Supplier

CUSTOMER and the Supplier will sign Scope of Works to describe the different Support Services, which the supplier will provide to CUSTOMER. Supplier agrees to comply with this Scope of Work template for all services requirements.
CUSTOMER will provide to each SoW a unique Scope of Work number.

The Content and structuring of the Scope of Work should be:

1. Overview

The Supplier, ____ AG, _____ 1, 10000 ____, herein after referred to as “Supplier” and CUSTOMER Entity in Country herein after referred to as “CUSTOMER” have agreed a Agreement to govern the provision of Services by Supplier for CUSTOMER Customer. This Scope of Work is incorporated into the “Agreement” by reference, except where specifically stated to the contrary.
