4. The secret to a long and happy life is … being lazy!

(according to, very advanced age, single-handedly, centenarians, use up, beneficial… )

To live a long and happy life for anyone need a laugh and a smile . Because we know that laughter helps us to live longer that . And in general , according to some claims laughter is the mundane means of prolonging life . I also think that a person would live long angling healthy and deep sleep , it is not only pleasure but also a great addition to the healthy elements of the human body. According by doctor Peter Axt there are three keys to long life: to play less sport, to reduce stress, and to eat less food. And he gives the example of an Italian village with unusually high number of centenarians which seems to owe its communal good health to following the Axt principles. No one runs, siestas stretch through the afternoon fromm 1 p.m to 4 p.m, and the main activity seems to be sitting in the shade or gossiping.

Yet everyone in the world needs to drink plenty of water and eat vegetables and fruits. Water is the medium for beauty. And fruits and vegetables help us to strengthen your body . It should also engage in sports and running every morning. Not do what you like, do what you need for you and your body. Make a call yourself whatever live life happily.

5. Making a complaint – is it worth it?

(Reported Speech; guarantee, staff, branch, goods, in stock, services, compensation…)

As a customer, not everyone is satisfied with even the best products orservices. Consequently, complaints from customers are unavoidable. Some prefer to give complaint in writing form, while others prefer to complain in person. I prefer to have face-to-face conversation.

Firstly, I believe that it is the most economic way to complain about a product or poor service.

Secondly, direct conversation can help a company and its customers understand one another more. I think every company should welcome supports from its customers.

Finally, complaining in person is also a very good way to improve the contact between one company and its customers. Thanks to any contribution, both sides are satisfactory.

In brief, we should complain about a product or poor service rather keeping a manner. However, we should be thorough and understandable.

6. What is your favorite place to do shopping? Why?

(street market, mall, sales, bargain, shop window, receipt, discount, refund, till, manager…).

If you ask me where you like to shop, I would definitely say shopping at the mall. Because I do not like the street market. There is not convenient. And in the mall there are many discounts. In shopping centers are all goods in the shop windows, and when you buy goods there they give you a receipt. If the goods does not like what can be refunded. If there are any problems then you can contact the manager
