Calculate how many degrees you need to for to put all centers to place. If you need to make turns on 0, 180, 360 degrees so as to centers stands to place, then need use a combination in which the position of the centers will not change. Else if you need to make turns on 90 or 270 degrees so as to centers stands to place, then need use a combination, that makes an extra twist of the middle layer of 90⁰.

Mentally making a turn and calculate:

For correct setup the Blue-Green axis needed Rotate it on 180⁰ Now, for correct setup White-Yellow axis to make another Rotate on 90⁰

Total cumulative here we need: 180⁰ + 90⁰ = 270⁰.

Note if the axis is rotated 180⁰ (like this blue center is on the green side), then it can be considered properly located and counted as 0⁰.

In the step 3.3 letters ĞUğ solved on the Blue and Green sides and we rotate middle layer between them!

Rotate on 90⁰ Making the turn of the upper layer of 90 ⁰, thereby breaking the edges pair located on the front layer The middle layer of the back. Rotate on 90⁰ Send a single element (at which basic color look to up) to the back side. Rotate the top side on 180⁰ Connected on the front side of the pair of basic colors will send to the top side. Rotate on 90⁰ (All next moves similar to the case 1)
Rotate the top side on 90⁰ On the front and back side connected 2 more pairs. Rotate on 90⁰ and put them on the top and bottom side. The top layer to place. All the edges flipped with basic colors to up  
 

Case 3 (no basic colors on top edges):

The middle layer to up. Rotate on 90⁰ Rotate the top side on 180⁰, thereby breaking the edges pair located on the front layer The middle layer of the back. Rotate on 90⁰ Send a single element (at which basic color look to up) to the back side. Rotate the top side on 180⁰ Connected on the front side of the pair of basic colors will send to the top side. Rotate on 90⁰ (All next moves similar to the case 1)
