God is raising a standard in prayer in St Petersburg, are this the beginning of a promised revival?

Introduction:

This is purely my thoughts, so I apologize if it doesn’t make 100% or not really in order. But I do believe that it is very important that you should read this and be inspired because of What God is doing and that you can join in what God is doing in St Petersburg, even if you are not in St Petersburg!!

Body:

Throughout the history, all the majors revivals began with prayer and God has also told us, His children to pray without ceasing.

Hope Church, St Petersburg has started a weekly prayer meeting nearly 2 years ago and God has really blessed it but I truly feel that God has increased the depth of the prayer in the last few months (with increasing of depth I mean that God has really united the team, more “committed” prayers and more people on a regular basis.

On Sunday the 9th of February 2014, 2 people also told me during the church service, of other prayer ministries, which has just started or will restart soon.

Another church which I know well has also a weekly prayer meeting for the last few years, and I am sure that there are many other prayer ministries going on in the city and its very exciting.

But, on Monday during prayer meeting, the theme which God laid on our hearts and it was truly a united theme was revival, and that the revival will start in St Petersburg and it will spread throughout Russia, which is very similar to a prophecy which Hudson Taylor had while he was alive, in which he saw many things which happened in the future, which already happened, except for the prophecy of revival in Russia, which will start in many key places like fire and then it will spread like wildfire all over Russia and then into the nations. Someone felt that God is going to begin the revival in this spring, but it doesn't matter for we when it will be, I just want to know that it will be and that God's church will be ready for it!

Summary:

But to summarize before I give you a practical way we all can get involved in this prayer moment is this. God has promised and reminded us that there is a revival coming to St Petersburg. Through history God has always used prayer and a lot of it before a great movement of God. God is currently raising up many prayer ministries all around the city. So it lead me to the question, is revival coming soon? Well, its up to God!!!

How to Get involved:

Well the key is to pray, so if you are in St Peterburg or anywhere else, you can either join in one or other regular prayer ministry or/and you can pray on your own or/and you can start your own prayer ministry. The key is, is to pray.
