Program

The runic system was developed thousand years ago. Runic Yoga or Stadhagaldr is an active system that consists of the runes into postures, gestures and mantras. The intent of these exercises is to allow identification with the runes that will reawaken the Ancestral blood memory and improve the physical overall health.

Stadhagaldr can be practiced at any location and time. During a particular runic posture, you should visualize and actually feel ourselves becoming embodied and completely united with the runes. You are visualizing the rune with your inner eye, as its form is being represented by your body and the energies are flowing through your body.

Runic Yoga is a Mind, Body Spirit system, comparable to Tai Chi and Yoga, but originating through the traditions and mythology of Northern Europe, rather than the Orient. The system helps people improve and develop themselves by dealing with them holistically. That is, Runic Yoga works on the whole person: their physical body, their mind and their spirituality. The program is based on the series of initiation to master the runic powers.

Schedule

Runic Yoga Retreat combines body work and mind meditations.

08:00 am – 08:45 am: Group Meditation

09:00 am – 10:15 am: Yoga class (optional).

10:15 am – 11:00 am: Healthy brunch buffet.

11:00 am – 12:30 am: Teacher Training Program. Master skills.

12:30 am – 02:00 pm: Free time: enjoy and relax by the pool.

02:00 pm – 03:00 pm: Lunch, free time or additional coaching.

03:00 pm – 04:00 pm: Massage (extra charges apply).

04:00 pm – 06:00 pm: Yoga Practice Program: Runic meditation class.

06:00 pm – 07:00 pm: Runic Yoga class (free).

07:00 pm – 08:30 pm: Healthy dinner buffet.

 

 


Runic yoga program

Runic Yoga (Stadhagaldr) is used as a mode of psychological integration and personal change of form while also employing all other types of magical operations. The early 20th century German rune masters developed runic yoga as a means of harnessing the streams of power present in the Earth.


Goal. The overall aims of the Runic Yoga (Stadhagaldr) are:

· Control of the body through posture

· Control of thought through song or chant

· Control of emotion

· Control and direction of the will

· Becoming aware of the rune realms of the self and the world(s)
