EXERCISE ¹ 136. Give instructions to your imaginary husband/wife. You are leaving for a month on business, and he/she is staying at home. Begin the sentences with the verbs see to, make sure and take care. Remember that after these verbs no future tenses are used. Make as many sentences as you can.

Model: See to it that kids leave for school in time. Make sure they do their homework. Take care that the door is locked.

Use the ideas: have breakfast, water the flowers, smoke in the room, make beds, go to the gym, wash up, cook dinner, feed the dog, go to bed early, eat junk food.
