ABSTRACT

The explanation of theme and title, the relevance of the work

The relevance of the work due to the importance of ensuring high performance and durability of the equipment well rod pumping units in the conditions of production of formation fluid with a high content of asphalt-based asphalt, resin and paraffin material. Operation of the equipment WSRPU in such conditions is connected with existence of a factor of sticking of viscous particles to surfaces of the equipment which contacts to a formation fluid. One of the types of preventing such deposition is used in downhole conditions underground pipe heaters, which are part of a three-level system of preparation of heat of formation fluid into the tubing string CT. Existing designs of such heaters have one significant disadvantage - they are not fitted with a thermal sleeve, which directs the heat flux to the internal cavity of the tubing CT, prevents the dissipation of thermal energy outwards, to protect the formation fluid heaters from damage during installation and dismantling works.

Thus, nowaday the construction of deep tube heaters, which are part of a three-tier system of heat preparation of formation fluid in the operation of well WSRPU, in need of modernization and research on the effectiveness of operation streamline design. This led to the expediency of choosing exactly this theme of master's thesis.

The work purpose

Development and investigation of multilayer insulating casing, which is a part of the deep tube heaters three-tier system of heat preparation of formation fluid.

The research problems

1. Analytical review and description schemes and layout of the main technological equipment well sucker-rod pumping units.

2. The study of domestic and world experience of fighting with ARPD and operation of various types and designs of deep heaters.

3. Consideration of upgrading the existing design depth of tubular heaters, which are part of a three-tier system of heat preparation of reservoir fluid.

The work idea

Use in the construction of deep tube heaters, which are part of a three-level system thermal reservoir fluid preparation of multi-layer insulation covers, which will allow to direct heat flux to the internal cavity of the tubing, to prevent the dissipation of thermal energy outwards CT, to protect lift formation fluid from damage during implementation of installation and dismantling works.



 

The research object

Object of inquiry is a deep heater, which is a part of a three-tier system of heat preparation of formation fluid WSRPU and has a multi-layer heat insulating casing.
