Dear colleagues,

We are inviting you to participate in III International Scientific Practical Conference “Innovative Development of Higher Education: Global and National Dimensions of Changes” that will take place on 23^th – 24^th of March 2016 at Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko.

Thematic directions of the conference:

1. Philosophic and methodological foundations of innovative development of higher education.

2. Strategies of innovative development of higher education in Ukraine and worldwide.

3. Organizational and pedagogical supplement of innovative development of educationin Ukraine and worldwide.

4. Innovative education development management: global and national context.

5. Psychological basics of innovative development of higher education.

6. Professional training of innovations development managers in Ukraine and worldwide.

7. Optimization of innovative education and individual`s creative potentialself-realization processes.

8. Innovations in training of professionals for pre-school and primary education.

9. Innovative technology in professional training of social pedagogues in the risk society.

10. Innovation in the professional training of specialists for correctional and inclusive education.

The program of the conference includes: plenary meeting (session), sections’ work, social program. Participants’ registration is from 9:00 till 10:00 on March 23th, 2016 in the foyer of the main building of Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko.

Languages of the conference – Ukrainian, Russian, English, Polish.

The conference papers will be published prior to the conference commencement. The scientific articles that correspond to the requirements of Higher Attestation Commission will be published in scientific journal «PedagogicalScience: Theory, History, Innovative Technologies» (Sumy) (additional information available at www.pedscience.inf.ua and www.sspu.sumy.ua).

Materials for publication are accepted in Ukrainian, Russian, English, Polish languages. Electronic version 3–5 full pages of A4 format MS Word, *doc, *rtf extension, 14 point Times New Roman, the last page more than 75% filled. Margins: left, right, upper, lower – 2 cm. The text should be typed 1.5 spaced. The indention of a paragraph – 1.25 cm. Do not archive, apply forced hyphenation, disable editing. In the upper right corner put the first and last name(s) of the author(s), lower – scientific degree, position, below it – organization. The title should be capitalized, apply center alignment. The file name should contain author’s last name, e.g. Petrov_tezykonf.

Scientific article for publishing in scientific journal «Pedagogical Science: Theory, History, Innovative Technologies» can be submitted along with the report or during the conference. Contains and formatting: the articles should be written in Ukrainian, Russian, English or Polish and contain the materials that were not previously published. According to the regulation of Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine the article should contain the following elements: setting of the problem in general and its connection to the main scientific or practical tasks; analysis of the latest research and publications on the subject, which have initiated solving of the investigated problem on which the author’s concept is based, defining the unsolved parts of the issue which the paper deals with; objective of the paper (setting of the task), statement of the main research material with full substantiation of the scientific results; conclusions of the research and statement of prospective investigations in the given sphere.To fulfill the necessary requirements to scientific article the following elements of the paper should be typed in bold: statement of the problem, analysis of actual research, the aim of the paper, the methods of the investigation, statement of the main research material; conclusions.

Volume of the article including references, should make up to 8-16 A4 format pages. The text should be 1.5 spaced, use 14 point Times New Roman typeface, margins: upper and lower – 2 cm, left – 2.5 cm, right – 1. The filename should contain the author’s last name, e.g.: Petrov_stattikonf.

The manuscript has to be formatted in accordance with State Standard GOST 3008-95. In the first line on the left put UDC, use the next line for first and last name of the author(s) right aligned, put the name of the institution below, lower – bold, center-aligned title of the article. Put two spaces between the name of institution and title of article and between the title and summary.
