In the homepage there is illustrated Top Selling Categories with picture of the parts and Shop Now button (see picture 2). Other products can be found in Find My Part by selecting the categories in the list.

Personal details entry and Privacy Policy

Although the user always has the option not to enter particular information, we need some personal details that are necessary to make the purchase done. The customer must fill up the form about the payment and shipping. They should include their initials, choose way of payment and continue depending on that, their shipping address, and phone number. To get email updates about our new products and discounts they should sign up and subscribe by entering their email address.

The security of our website is guaranteed to make our customers sure that all the information they provide will be inaccessible by any other person.

Credit card entry

Once the customer finishes shopping and adding items to the shopping basket they will see a selection of payment. When the user selects paying by credit card and chooses a type of their card, there is a credit card checkout form, where they are asked to enter their Name, Email, Address, and Phone number. After that, the customer can type in their card number to the box which says 13 to 16 Digits, then, enter the expiration date MMYY, security code 3 to 4 digits, billing address is shown below for confirmation. If the customer makes sure that the information entered is accurate, they can click Pay and finish the payment procedure.

Delivery details

All of our parts, depending on their size, are delivered in company’s cars or trucks within 1-3 business days depending on the location of the customer. There is an option to get the delivery faster with extra charge. But this option can be selected only for small or medium sized packages. All the delivery types and cost is shown when the customer finishes payment procedure.

Website Hosting

To make our website available in the World Wide Web we need to use the internet hosting service which is provided by Internet Service Provider. We made an advertisement-sponsored contract with TPS, one of the leading Internet providers in Uzbekistan, to get rid of additional payments for hosting. They upload our website and maintain it on behalf of our company, so we do not have to buy computer equipments for server. TPS provides with high speed internet (10 Megabits per second), and 500 GB space.

We came up with the domain name www.avtomag.uz to upload our website.
