One day I was in the store bought home appliances, and more precisely DVD player. When I brought home, found that the DVD player was destroyed (defective?). And I immediately went to the store to return, and the sellers demanded from me a check, a receipt. In general, they don’t want to deal with my complain. Then I was sent to the administrator to work with clients. I said that I would be grateful if your company will send me a replacement as soon as possible. Store didn’t replace the equipment, as there was no guarantee. And now I no longer buy goods from this store.
