Let’s talk about fashion. Are you interested in fashion?

Fashion is the perfect way to exhibit your personality and mood as well as being a good way to express yourself. If your personality is dramatic or if you simply like attention then it would be wise to wear loud colors such as lush red or rich orange. If you don't want try a softer approach then pastels and neutral colors. As for the style, this could be tough because there are so many different kinds. For example, an east coast understated preppy appearance helps make you look more professional and focused while a drastic attire like "scene" kids or "emo" kinds gives others the feeling that you are rather unkempt and uncaring towards not only others opinions but also your work. Your hair is another way to express yourself. For example, curls or doing something extra to your hair shows how much effort you put into your appearance yet an over the top hairdo could cause others to take you less seriously. Letting your hair down might be considered dull, but it creates a simple, sometimes smart, look.

Depending on the way you dress, people will always judge you on how you look. If you are dressed in a very neat, safe and conservative manner people will think you to be more educated and perhaps even have more respect for you. If you dress in a gaudy or ostentatious way then others might see you as unique or outlandish. They also might not take you seriously if you dress this way.

Wearing too many tattoos and piercings give you a tough or hardened exterior so others might think of you as unapproachable. Wearing too much makeup and they might see you as fake and as though you are trying to hide something; wear a small amount and they would think of you as more natural. Appearance is the first thing that people see and you can shape it however you want.

There are some things that I can’t accept. I never:

Wear shoes that I can't walk in;

Wear glittered jeans; they are more of a pre-teen trend;

Wear a short-cut crop top; it can look tacky;

Wear bright or heavily-patterned clothes as they can be distracting;

Wear over-patterned dresses. Simple and subtle outfits are more appropriate.

Feeling comfortable and confident in what I wear is a vital part of having a good time and making an impression. Personally, I prefer preppy attire consisting of clothes such as pastels, polos, khakis, argyle vest, sweaters around my neck, ascots, and cardigans. My attire sometimes turns heads because people aren't used to it. They consider me uptight and stuck-up and some have even admitted that they are intimidated by me. It also creates a very professional sense and others look at me as someone who is bound and focused on the future. I have always had this look and I don't think that I would change it. I don't have any tattoos, piercings, or anything else; however, I do complete the outfits with a messenger bag from Lacoste, Gucci, or Louis Vuitton.

Looking good doesn't need to break the bank. A simple but well-fitted item of clothing can be accessorized to suit a range of different occasions. Be creative with what you wear and express your personality.
