GUIDELINES FOR HELPERS

Inside helpers have the following tasks:

• Lead a team of participants during the work-as-meditation session.

• One prepares the work-as-meditation materials 10 minutes beforehand.

• One goes with an assistant to help portioning the meals.

• One locks the room before going to dynamic, breakfast, lunch, kundalini and evening meeting and unlocks the door again after those activities are over.

• One sleeps close to the door and has a torch. In case of emergency can call the main gate #444.

• The assistants keep the schedule for the above, and will remind you.

• All inside helpers

§ participate in the full process

§ pay for food

§ initiate clean-ups during the process

§ do room set-up and set-down
