AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

"Dinamo Cup in Team battles 5-by-5" in Modern Sword Fighting and Qualifying Seminar for trainers and judges of MSF are held with the aims:

- to promote the team disciplines of Modern Sword Fighting (hereinafter MSF) in the territory of Russia, CIS countries and Europe;

- to form the values of physical education and healthy lifestyle among children and young people;

- to upgrade the qualification of trainers and judges of FMSF of Russia.

The objectives of the event are:

- to improve sports skills of participants;

- to determine the strongest teams in Russia and the winners of the competition - the best teams of the country in 2015;

- to get the experience in in organizing, conducting and refereeing team competitions;

- to embody the annual plans of sports and educational work

THE EXECUTIVE GROUP OF CARRYING OUT THE EVENT

2.1. Overall management of preparation and holding the competition is carried by the Organizing committee.

2.2. The direct responsibility of the carrying out the competitions is carried by Moscow regional department of FMSF of Russia represented by M.V. Davydova.

2.3. Organizing Committee: M. Davydova, M. Astakhova, K. Sukharev, A. Kuznetsov, S. Kamenshchikov, A. Budargin.

2.4. The chief referee from the FMSF of Russia is K. Sukharev K.

TIME AND PLACE OF THE EVENT

3.1. The National sports competition "Dinamo Cup in Team battles 5-by-5" in Modern Sword Fighting is to be held on 5 December 2015 (Saturday). The address of the event is the whole of small arena "Druzhba", sports club "Luzhniki", Moscow (subway station «Sportivnaya»).

3.2. Qualifying Seminar for trainers and judges of MSF is to be held on 6 December 2015 (Sunday). The address of the event is the gym of «Center of active movement», bld 3A, Prospect Zelenyi (subway station "Perovo").

5.1. Type of competition: team competition in team battles 5-by-5, team scoring

5.2. Rank competitions: Championship

5.3. The scale of competition: National

PARTICIPANTS

6.1 To participate in the event "World Championship in Dynamo Cup in HMB" participants need to buy entrance tickets (400 rubles) for the event at the box office of small arena "Druzhba", sports club "Luzhniki". This applies to all people, without exception: spectators, parents, friends, trainers, judges, young children – this is the claim of the Organizers of the event.

6.2 To participate in the competition "Dinamo Cup in Team battles 5-by-5 in Modern Sword Fighting" the participants need to correspond the sex and age of the participants. Children under 14 years old must be present with their parents or provide the reference from parents for a child to take part in the competitions (enclosed). Participants are to pay a registration fee of 600 rubles for members of the FMSF of Russia, or 800 rubles for non-members of the FMSF of Russia.

6.3. The registration fee includes: participation in the competition and the right to receive cups, diplomas, prizes and awards from the sponsors and organizers.

6.4. Pre-registration before 30 November 30 2015 inclusive on mdavidova@list.ru is a must.The participants without pre-registration are to pay 1000 rubles no matter if he/she is a member of FMSF of Russia or not.

6.5. The participants are not allowed if they:

- have health restrictions,

- have varying degrees of disability without prior coordination with the Organizing Committee.

6.6. ATTENTION. The appearance of an athlete must be neat and clean. Athletes are not allowed to participate in the competitions if they are in shorts, without shoes, in non-sports footwear (boots, ankle boots, etc.), vests, camouflage and similar non-sports uniforms. Quilted protection is prohibited, except the brush protection. The sports shoes with soles, which do not leave black (or other) bands on the floor, are a must.

ATTENTION! During all MSF competitions there is full and strict prohibition of alcohol drinks. Smoking is only allowed away from the participants in a special place (in the street, no closer than 10 meters to the entrance of the building). Organizers have the right to remove any participant for violation of these rules without returning registration fee.
