With a membership of over 1,100 members in over 800 universities, our international platform enables young people to discover and develop their potential to provide leadership for a positive impact on their society.

We are able to do this by providing our members with an integrated development experience comprised of leadership opportunities, international internships and participation in a global learning environment.

The values which we strive to uphold as an organization are:

  • Activating leadership
  • Demonstrating integrity
  • Living diversity
  • Enjoying participation
  • Striving for Excellence
  • Acting sustainably

So as to fulfil our responsibility to our members, we partner with various organizations in order for us to provide various roles and responsibilities to our members, while at the same time exposing our exceptional talent to these organizations and helping them fulfil their own goals and visions. Some of our current partners include Heritage Insurance, Africa Online, Standard Chartered Bank, Deloitte, and KPMG among others.

Through various products, AIESEC gives opportunities to other organizations to partner with us in order for all to achieve their values, goals and focus areas.
