More About Your Role

You will start by pulling together all the information for all the plans and getting a firm understanding of how each is calculated and processed. They are quite diverse: some are paid out monthly and some quarterly, and some are based on revenue while others are based on budgeted figures or terms. You will ensure that all commission accounting is consolidated into one area. This will involve leveraging your resourcefulness in tracking down all of the information necessary.

 

Your activities will include:

• Collaborating with Sales Supervisors and Managers to obtain the necessary information and to get approval on the calculations.

• Working with payroll to ensure they get the information they need on a timely basis.

• CPA designation highly desired; previous Big 4 experience is also favored.
