I would like to work for a big multinational company. It seems for me that it is interesting and profitable. This provides an opportunity to work abroad and to improve my skills

· What job position would you like to have?

I would like to be IT-manager. I am studying in The SUM in the direction of information management. And I hope to work on IT position.

· What are the advantages and disadvantages of work in for big multinational companies?

Advantages of work of the multinational company are huge sales market, possibility of hiring the best employees worldwide. Disadvantages are too much staff-bad control of all processes and the quality of management is worse.

· What makes a good company from your point of view?

Firstly, good management of the company, secondly, the relations n a team should be friendly, thirdly, a good company should have accurate policy on the market.

· What company activities are your able to carry out have in graduated from the SUM(The state university of management)?

I thing I can do every activity that will be charged to me within the law.Because in the SUM we are taught many subjects from different areasfrom psychology and finishing core subjects

No, I've never be applied for a job. In my opinion, education is the main thing for me. Job can be very time-consuming and it can lead to descrease in achievement. But I am totally convinced, that it's necessary for a student to find a temporary job in senior courses period.

I think that the safest and most reliable way of finding a good job is web-sites. Because on the Internet you can find the most current and complete information about job openings.

You should believe in yourself and be motivated, it is very important for an interviewee to feel comfortable.

You should learn more about the company, which offers a job. You have to look presentable and not to worry, because the first impression depends on your future career.

Management is the act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively.

· What are the principal function of modern managers? What makes successful manager nowadays?

Management comprises planning, organizing, staffing, leading or directing, and controlling an organization or effort for the purpose of accomplishing a goal. Today to become a successful manager you must have a good education, have leadership qualities and be sociable.

I would like to become a good manager. I'm studying in the SUM and it's my dream to make a good career.

I think that human resources in especially difficult to manage. Because the morale in company is very important. The success of company depends on emotional comfort in a team.
