ANSWERS:

Freegans take Green to Extreme

Freeganism is an anti-consumer culture group. They dumpster-dive, which means they find what they need in the trash. Why do they do that ? Not necessarily out of an economic necessity. They reuse the stuff because they don’t want to contribute to the corporations that are destroying the planet.

They are not homeless, they don’t do it out of necessity. Rather, want they want, is to reduce their carbon footprint. They find everything they need in the trash.

Some people would never want to try it, for example because they are afraid of bacteria or because of the preconceived ideas we have about homeless people. One can feel repulsion, find it disgusting.

- what do you think about it ?

- would you be ready to try it ? why/why not ?
