Speak on the company you want to work for

Nowadays, all people try to find well –paid job and most of them are agree to work in quite hard conditions. It means, that employees are agree to work under pressure and everything is because of good salary. In my opinion, a lot of bosses these days are thinking only about benefits of their company. They simply ignore the preferences of their employees.

If I were boss, I would provide my employees with some fringe benefits like giving some discount cards for supermarkets, drug stores and once a year I would provide them with tickets abroad. Therefore, I think, my employees will be more motivated to work better for a company. In addition, a good attitude to employees is also important. Employees should feel themself very comfortable, not under pressure. The aura at company should be very pleasant to work in.

And I would work in multinational company. Because firstly, it is interesting to work with colleagues with different nationalities and it gives you an opportunity to know more about other culture and traditions.

I think, the enterpreneurs should not hire their relatives because most of bosses' relatives demonstratively show that they are close to a chief and don't work suitably. Therefore, their work just goes to a «simple employees». So, they are doing a double work. At work, everything should be fair and if the enterpreneur hires his relative they both have to have a business relationship.

It is obvious that salary is extremely crucial in our jobs. That is why I don't want to work in a company with a small amount of salary. It is also important to have a good colleagues and no less important to have a good boss. So, I don't prefer to work with a whimsical colleagues and with extremely strict boss. I think, every employee should feel free in their work and nothing should embarrass him. In bad atmosphere, no one gives a good results in their work. Therefore, the company takes less benefits and suffers.

No less important is locaton of the company. So, if you are living quite far from your job likely you will not be on time at work. The location of you job is also important for me. I would prefer to have a job close to my house.
