The aim of the investigation was to study the possibility of determining the severity of the inflammatory process by using the following indicators: level of proteins of the acute phase was studied: glycoproteins of blood, C-reactive protein and secondary product of lipid peroxidation (LPO) - malondialdehyde, as the most stable component of the LPO, determined by means of thiobarbituric acid.

52 patients with acute thrombophlebitis of veins of lower extremities and 38 patients with critical ischemia of lower extremities of atherosclerotic origin were examined. The observations were carried out in the dynamics, on admission to the hospital, in full swing of clinical manifestations, and then 15-20 days after treatment and during the period of subsidence of clinical symptoms.

The results showed that as compared to the healthy group (30 persons), during the acute clinical manifestations in patients with acute thrombophlebitis and deep and varicose veins. The level of all the above indicators four time exceed the indicators of the healthy group (p <0.001). The same parameters in the dynamics reduce to a level 2 times higher than the physiological values (p> 0.001), and after the subsidence of clinical symptoms (third study), insignificantly exceeded the norm (p <0.05).

The presence of incomplete phagocytosis (NST test), as well as high content of C-reactive protein and malondialdehyde were particularly sensitive to the ongoing inflammatory process.

In the group of patients with critical ischemia of lower extremities of atherosclerotic origin, the level of content of acute phase proteins was determined at a high level, 3.5-4.5 times higher than in the healthy group (p <0.001). The dynamics of reduction of these indicators was more slow and tended to normalize 25-35 days later, and sometimes even later than the commencement of treatment.

Thus, our studies confirmed once more that the level of immunologic and biochemical indicators of the severity of the process reflect the activity of the inflammatory component during the diseases of veins and lower extremities ischemia on the background of intensifying process of lipid peroxidation of biological membranes, that us confirmed by the increase in of MDA content in the midst of the full swing of disease.

DISRUPTION OF ENERGY EXCHANGE AS APPEARANCE OF

STRUCTURE-FUNCTIONAL DEVIATIONS IN ORGANISM

The numbers of recent publications (including our ones) clearly demonstrate that, according to the general conceptual ideas, already deepen, but even just emerging diseases of various organs, immediately begin to be expressed in disorder of energy exchange through certain meridians. However, on the other hand, this is an expression of obvious faults in the self-defense and self-regulating mechanisms of organism. It is natural to suppose that the mechanism ensuring mutual energy exchange (in fact presented by electrical impulses, transmitted along nerve fibers) has less inertia than physiological processes, responsible for the failures in the mechanisms of self-defense and self-regulation of organism. Respectively, disruptions of mutual energy exchange, that are revealed by the examination of patients, could be considered the first signs of faults in the mechanisms of self-defense and self-regulation of the organism, and subsequently, emerging pathologies of internal organs. In this sense essential importance gains concept of odontic microsystem, developed by Voll R. and Dale R., revealing precise correspondence between pathologies of inner organs and dental problems. We have devoted several publications to work out of treatment system providing reliable positive result of therapy and prophylaxis of dental diseases and its relapses on the patients through the study of pathology of dental-inner organs system, bound by system of traces – meridians. The dental-inner organs correlations had been demonstrated by the simultaneous study of haemodynamic using methods of dopplerography, rheography, photoplethysmography, ultrasonography, electrocardiography, radiology, laboratory investigations; study of energetic exchange in meridian by electro puncture (methods of mano-, poda- puncture), orbit micro acupuncture, ear acupoint. It was proven that the study of dental-inner organs relations is highly informative source, serving the goal of defining the main cause of the leading pathology, providing the success in the therapy and prophylaxis of dental diseases, their complications as well as related with them inner organ pathologies. Thus, observation of dental diseases of patients, which is rather easy realizable action, as it was pointed out above, witness not only already deepen, but even just emerging pathologies of various organs, and hence, presents a picture of possible faults in the self-defense and self-regulating mechanisms of organism.
