ABOUT THE ROLE OF IMMUNOTHERAPY IN THE TREATMENT OF THE SURGICAL DISEASES IN THE BACKGROUND OF THE CHRONIC GENITAL INFECTION

Chronic gynecologic infections cause the weakness in the high extent of the immune system according to the literature sources. Including the correction of the immunological changes to the surgical treatment is one of the important matters during the postsurgical period in this background. We have inspected 50 patients underwent to the surgical interference for the acute catarrhal appendicitis in the reproductive ages, in the chronic infection background. The patients are divided into two groups each of 25 persons. The patients including to the first group were accepted traditional therapeutics, and the patients including to the second group were accepted traditional-treatment + medicamenose immunocorrection (intramuscular immunophan 0, 005% 1 ml – 7 days injection) therapeutics. The analyses carried out showed that the limit of T lymphocytes subpopulations in both groups are low than the norm in the first day of the operation. Specially T helpers – 36%, T supressors – less than 28 %; the amount of IgG, IgM and IgA from the immunoglobulins accordingly was lower than the normal levels of 20, 43 and 40%. Thought these indicators are heightened insignificantly (in general on average 0,2 – 0,5%) in first 7 days in the first group patient getting the traditional treatment, but in the second group patients appointed the immunophan the indicators of the tissue immunity raised in the amount of 0,5 – 3,5%, but the indicators of the humoral immunity raised in the amount of 5,2 – 10.5 %. The pneumonia in 3 patients, the thrombophlebitis in 5 patients, the partial suppuration in 7 patients and the secondary recovery in 5 patients were observed in five patients during the postsurgical period in the first group. So, including of the immunophan to the complex treatment measures gives opportunity to decrease the frequency of the inflammatory processes and to develop the results of the treatment after the surgical operations carried out in the background of the chronic gynecologic infections.
