IMPROVEMENT OF THE RESULTS OF TREATMENT WITH THE MODERNIZATION OF THE TREATMENT PRINCIPLES OF THE PERITONITIS

When the diffuse suppurative peritonitis appears as an independent disease it becomes uncontrolled pathological process and it may results to the poly-organ and poly-system deficit and lethality in case of on time preventive action. Any actions against to this process shall be considered as a pathogenic therapy of the peritonitis. In any stage of the traditional methods of treatment of the diffuse suppurative peritonitis can affect the results of the treatment. So, the sanation of the abdominal cavity, prevention of the inflammation sources in abdominal cavity, drainage of the abdominal cavity, modernization of the post operation intensive therapy methods, can make positive affects to the results of the treatment. During the foxed hydro pressure hypertension lavage, the oxygen used for formation of the hydro pressure background, free oxygen due to the touch to the cells can have double effect to the dialysate and it results the strongest effects of the dialysate to the micro-flora. For the continuation of the lympf tropic treatment in post-operation period, after the peritoneal lavage, with the resection one of the lymph nodes, making depilation and using micro-catheter, transfusing of medicals with intro-lymph ways for 3-7 days shall be considered as an effective treatment method. For the all forms of the acute appendicitis, with the new methods of proceeding of appendicular stump appearing of abscess around the stump, sliding the ligature and opening canal of stump can prevent leaking of evacuation of large intestine to abdominal cavity and resulting to the peritonitis and bleeding. There are no chances for folding, spinning and corking up of the chute type, simple and continuously fimbriatus drainage pipes. It is easy to open some corked up. Drainage area are enlarging, a few cavity and canal can be drainage at the same time, antiseptic and antibiotic liquids transfused to the cavity are spreading to the large area, active period of the drainage is increasing and patients is normalize very fast. It has importance to get maximum drainage effects fixing the drainage pipes to the draining cavity. It is possible to influence to the inflammatory process making the local manageable hypothermia with the simply constructed external hypothermic tools during the peritonitis.

Dynamical monitoring to the peritoneal disease with support of the prognostic curves, selection and changing of the treatment tactics, exact defining of the time for relaparotomy make the positive results of the treatment.
