Stone age on the territory of Kazakhstan. Divisions into periods, archaeological monuments. Main characteristics.

It's a very complicated task for an educator to create a personal, ''warm'' atmosphere in the classroom. Everyone tries to do their best to be a good teacher and looks for many ways to expand this atmosphere in the classroom.

What can we do to create changing in the classroom? The answer is – everything. Everything that is in under our power and by virtue of our opportunities. The main goal is to decide for yourself what do you really want from your students. It happens quite frequently, that an educator is in a charge of the classroom and his authority is invincible and unshakable. However, nobody says that it is the most appropriate decision to be ''Napoleon'' of your classroom, but being too strict and controlling literally everything ( breaks, behaviour, grades, relationships with the other classmates) may cause total dissatisfaction of you as an educator. Consequently, something that is more efficient and favourable can be done to achieve a good condition in the classroom.

What are these ways of doing good job in the classroom as a respectable teacher? So as not to be firm and strict, but understanding and demanding at the same time. Would like to offer you my ''plan'' of the classroom I will going to teach in the future.

Firstly, the thing that must be done immediately is a class time. During this hour an educator should introduce himself to his students/parents, whoever who would like to attend this appointed hour-session. While telling people who is he and what is he going to do in this class, he also should ask for parents' opinion according to his wishes that will be made. Approvals and disapprovals should be considered with the same attentiveness. As an educator I should pay ''equal'' attention to boys and girls, not to cause discrimination in the classroom. Recent research shows that a lot of girls are influenced by teachers' kindness towards boys, more than girls. That is why paying attention to everybody is ome of the most valuable things in the classroom.

Secondly, after the lapse of some time, when you see how the wishes work an educator should think about advantages/disadvantages of the methods offered before. While analyzing the consequences of the effects of innovations, a teacher should pay attention to students and their behaviour, finding ways to decrease negative dealings. When a situation of disobedience appears, I as an educator shouldn't praise somebody who isn't guilty, but be loyal to everyone, not to single out somebody, who behaved better. I ought to figure out the reason of students' behaviour and explain in an equal manner how they should act in a happened situation. My aim is to provide equity to everyone. Boys shouldn't be in their advantage and be superior to girls.

Another thing that should be done is changing ''the air'' in the classroom. As it is mentioned before, everyone makes a decision in advance whom he/she would like to be for the students. Either good friend and a teacher in the same face, or strict and unflexible emperor. Let's see pros and cons of it. If you act thoughtfully, not allowing the students to disrespect you being a good friend and making some flexibilities – it's definitely great that your relationships are friendly. Otherwise, if something is done wrong and a student shows some kind of disobedience towards an educator, calling him with rude words or simply showing his bad attitude towards a teacher, you as an educator should sound the alarm and extricate yourself from this situation. It will be hard enough to force students do something if they don't respect you. To avoid such a situation you shouldn't be very relaxed in your teaching. Every time you give homework you should encourage students to do it. Inspiration is one of the leading things in teaching and a guarantee of success. Since many research works are made in comparing boys and girls skills in math/ science, and conclusions are that these ''gaps'' between girls and boys in studying arte also questions of interest. Hence, interest is another item of improving your teaching in the classroom. Making your students interested in what you are teaching plays a significant role in changing environment in the classroom. Just give students understand that you are an educator, you know your profession and you are pretty sure, that everyone can succeed, regardless of his skills. Boys and girls have the same rights, no privileges. Only fidelity and stubbornness in teaching students.

Another point of changing the classroom is the following. Make your students feel free in your classroom. This freedom is multiple. At first, it is a freedom of expressing your opinion. Secondly, it is a freedom of choice. Girls must have the same homeworks as boys have. You as an educator should suggest some variants of any assignment. It is important because each student is a person and the skills and abilities are different as preferences. Give them 2-3 ways of doing some tasks and you'll see what is more tough and what is easier. According to this results you will have a space to develop disadvantages and encourage them for their good results. Giving the same assignments to boys and girls I provide directly equal opportunities to everybody. Giving them different homework I should imply, that rules are the same for everybody. Everybody has the same freedom as far as expectations from a teacher.

Encouragement has sense too. ''Good job'', ''nice work'', ''you are doing fine'' or ''you are so good at it...''. These are expressions that your student wait from you when he did his work even if everything isn't so smooth these phrases are essential. By means of praise, not to one particular person, but to everybody, you ''highlight'' each students' ability to do his job properly, whether it is male or female student.

Stone age on the territory of Kazakhstan. Divisions into periods, archaeological monuments. Main characteristics.

The term "Stone Age" was used by archaeologists to designate this vast pre-metallurgic period. It is the first age in the three-age system. The subdivision into the Palaeolithic, Mesolithic and Neolithic periods that still is in use today, was made by John Lubbock in his now classic 1865 book Pre-historic Times. The Paleolithic (The term Paleolithic derives from Greek: palaios, "old"; and, lithos, "stone", literally meaning "old age of the stone" or "Old Stone Age.") Age, Era, or Period, or Old Stone Age, is a broad prehistoric time period during which humans widely used stone for toolmaking (and covers roughly 99% of human technological history).

Paleolithic: Early (lower) - 800-140 thousand years BC At that time people appeared on the territory of Kazakhstan. The earliest human remains found in Kenya (Africa), where the oldest person («skillful people») was found. Ancient people of Kazakhstan - a contemporary of pithecanthropus (found on the island of Java) and sinantropus (found in China). The oldest people are similar to monkeys - gatherers. Main information about the ancient culture of people give the stone tools (river gravel). Tools: chopper, choppling, rubilo, otschepy. In the early Paleolithic primitive stage appeared - the association for the joint defense, attack, hunting and gathering. The first stop (stand, ńňî˙íęŕ) on the territory of Kazakhstan was found in the area of the spine Karatau (Southern Kazakhstan). Middle Paleolithic (Must) - 140-40 thousand years BC People of this period - contemporary Neanderthals - which has been found in Germany. Tools - scraping knife (strickle). Origin religious beliefs. Late (top) Paleolithic - 40-12 thousand years BC A modern type of man - «reasonable man». Fossil remains of «reasonable man» (kromanontsa) is found in France. Tools: - scrapers knife, cutters, harpoons, darts, prokolki. Animals: Mammoth. Tribal community appeared. There is an art. Mesolithic (12-5 thousand years BC): The climate change of Mesolithic age led to the rise of the temperature on the earth surface. It caused some changes in flora and fauna. Mammoths completely diappeared. The characteristic features of Mesolithic age: a wide use of bows and arrows, application of auxiliary techniques to make tools for labour and increase of population density. The development of methods to satisfy domestic demands resulted in some regions in tilling and cattle-breeding, whereas in other regions fishing, raising crops and hunting. Technology of making labour tools underwent significant changes in the Mesolithic age. The characteristic features of that time are: a wide use of bows and arrows: application of the auxiliary techniques in making tools - which made “man’s hand lengthened” -and increase of people density.
