Assembling Steps AND Parts pictures

It is strongly suggested that the assembly of the dirt bike be completed by an adult to ensure proper assembly for safe operation.

Start to open the carton and take it away. Please be careful to check motorcycle and not to lose any parts. There are parts, Front Wheel, Tool Bag, Key, Manual, Kick lever, Fairing and Alloy Brake Pedal etc. inside.



 

 

Assembling Flow Chart of Customer

Step1: Open carton


Step 2: Back-out Packing Steel Frame.

Step3: Assembling Front Wheel

 

 

NOTE:1,check front wheel and the space;2,fix front wheel;3,screw down the axle¡¯s nuts; 4, Check the front wheel brake before rotating flexible and effective

Step 4: Assembling Swing Arm Bracket

Step 5: Assembling and Adjusting Handlebar.

Step6: Assembling Fairing

Step 7: Cut Strip of Engine¡¯s Waste Rubber Pipe

Step 8: Fill fuel tank as specified in owners manual.

Step 9: Debugging Dirt Bike (brake¡¢pressure of tyre¡¢engine and putting into oil will be checked)

! WARNING

Refer to owner¡¯s manual for proper starting instructions.

This engine oil should be drained and replaced with new engine oil. Before debugging dirt bike, never attempt to start the engine without first replacing the engine oil with the proper amount grade as described in the owners¡¯ manual.
